What is Woodturning Weekender 4 Nations?
For our fourth Weekender we’ve chosen a 4 Nations theme, and our headline demonstrators are from England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. (We’ve been a bit liberal with our definition here, but it’s our show, our rules!)
All four are on the Register of Professional Turners (RPT) – one of them is even the Chair of the organisation, so you’re guaranteed to see some great turning and great demonstrating.
The Weekender is a seminar style event, with each demonstrator giving a full 2 hour demo over the course of the weekend.
Other attractions will be available as well, for when the main stage isn’t in use.

SATURDAY EVENING FUN
The Woodturning Weekender is one of the friendliest events you’ll attend. There are no cliques, no groups and no egos.
When the turning finishes on Saturday, it’s time for our evening extravaganza! Join us for a sit-down meal with plenty of chat and fun, and a few surprises. Your evening meal ticket includes a two course meal and there will be a bar available too.
ONE MORE THING!
At Chestnut Products, the weekend starts early, on Friday evening! Join us at the Birch Hotel for a very informal get together. Food and drink will be available to purchase at the bar, come and meet friends old and new and break the ice for the weekend. There’s no need to book, just drop in (and out) as you please. We’ll be there from 6.00pm till late, last food orders at 9.30pm.
